My 7 to 10 Day Rapid Weight Loss

The result are in!... My cabbage soup diet results from this broth-based, veggie-rich soup has given many people amazing success throughout the years. I for one have experienced positive results from this famous diet.

This diet has done an outstanding job for me and countless others.  I’ve used it on more than 4 occasions for rapid weight loss.  Seriously, I’ve done the diet and followed the instructions to the "T" and received the results I was seeking. I'm so excited to share this information with you.

The cabbage soup recipe is a meal in itself.  Yes, the diet consists of only eating cabbage soup for 7 to 10 days at a time. I usually do the full 10 days. Your cabbage soup diet results do not have to last that long, but I chose to go longer to assure I achieved the goal I set for myself.

Will The Soup Be Enough For Me? 

The cabbage soup diet is packed with a great amount of protein and fiber-rich vegetables. This is all good because it ensures you won’t be bothered by hunger pangs an hour later.  Protein and fiber helps you to feel fuller longer in a healthy way

You are expected to consume homemade cabbage soup several times per day, but there are other foods available within this diet—such as fruit, vegetables, skim or almond milk, brown rice, potatoes, chicken, fish or beef—you’re only allowed to eat these foods on certain days and often only in specific quantities. When you are eating meat protein you are only required to eat 2 to 3 ounces at a time. (use a scale to measure your meat protein)

The soup itself is full of vegetable content like onions, peppers, mushrooms, carrots, tomatoes, celery and, of course, cabbage.  The cabbage soup diet doesn't supports negative approaches to eating unhealthy by allowing you to overeat on vegetables and the other allowed foods. 

If your worried about feeling hungier because its only a soup don’t worry. With this diet you can eat as much as you want as often as you’d like to.  Sound unbelievable huh?  Rest assure it’s the real deal! 

Eat! Don’t worry.  Please do not try to starve yourself by only eating a small amount of soup or you’ll probably cheat. The diet is designed for you to get all the protein fiber rich broth thats needed to allow your body to shed those extra pounds

Eating more soup may have you using the bathroom more often than usual but thats an indicator that your losing unhealthy, unwanted fat, toxins and calories to help you achieve your weight loss goal. 

The cabbage Soup Recipe

Ingredients Needed:

  • 2 large onions
  • 2 green peppers
  • 2 cans of tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of celery
  • 1 head of cabbage
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 package of mushrooms
  • 1–2 bouillon cubes (optional)
  • 6–8 cups water or vegetable cocktail such as V8

Directions:

  1. Chop all vegetables into cubes.
  2. In a large pot, sauté onions and garlic in a small amount of olive oil.
  3. Then add remaining vegetables and cover with water or vegetable cocktail and add bouillon cubes or other seasonings, if desired.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce to medium heat. Let simmer until vegetables are tender, about 30–45 minutes.

You may season the soup with salt, pepper, hot sauce, herbs or spices. Every day you should eat as much cabbage soup as you want, at least for several meals. Supposedly, the more soup you eat, the more weight you lose. 


How To Do the Diet

My cabbage Soup diet results -Instructions

Day 1: for example, you eat nothing but cabbage soup and all the fruit you want (except bananas). You can drink water, unsweetened tea or cranberry juice.

Day 2:  eat veggies during the day, cabbage soup and a baked potato at dinner (no sour cream)your allowed real butter but not margarine. You can drink water, unsweetened tea or cranberry juice.

Day 3:  it's fruit and veggies you want to eat all day (no bananas no baked potatoe), Mix day 1 and day 2 together. You can drink water, unsweetened tea or cranberry juice.

Day 4:  You’re encouraged to “stuff” yourself with brown rice, bananas on this day, eat as many as eight bananas and drink as many glasses of skim milk as you would like on this day, along with your soup. This day is supposed to lessen the desire for sweets. You can drink water, unsweetened tea or cranberry juice as well.

Day 5 through Day 7 or Day 10: continue with steps 1 through 3.  You'll be amazed! make sure you are drinking plenty of water. 

Can It Help You Lose Weight?

Do you simply need to lose weight fast or are you shedding your pounds off slowly? In either case the Cabbage Soup Diet may be just what you need.

“Lose 10 pounds in seven to ten days!” Yep! That’s the claim to fame for this diet. 

This diet is not suitable for long-term weight loss because this is  considered a low-fat, high-fiber diet. My cabbage Soup diet results negatively varied when I ignored this tip.  

However, this diet will help you get into shape fast before you start on a more moderate long-term healthy lifestyle eating plan or just to help you get into that special outfit or bikini for your upcoming trip or special event. 



 Key Factors to Success with the Cabbage Soup Diet

  1. Follow the diet to the letter!
  2. Drink at least 4 glasses of water per day (or more!).
  3. Remember – it is only seven to ten days long!
  4. Add plenty of spices, garlics, and flavors to liven up the soup and add variety to make it taste great (stay clear of to much sodium)
  1. Print information from this site and refer to it daily (especially the 7 to 10 Day Plan!).
  2. Complement the diet with a daily multi-vitamins and probiotic.
  3. Eat plenty of soup – the more you eat, the more you should lose! Do not try to starve yourself or you’ll probably cheat (this is what we don’t want).

Point blank! The Cabbage Soup Diet WORKS! It helped me to lose weight fast. Once you drop that weight, you’ll look better, feel better and have some amazing compliments coming your way.  I felt really proud of myself once I completed the diet. I did it more than once and found It to be one of the easiest diets because it allowed me to eat. I didn't feel deprived. 

I lost 10 pound in 10 days, that's 1 pound a day.  Boy oh boy!  You could really see the difference.  My face slimmed down, my waist slimmed down and my thighs got a little slimmer too.  it could have been mostly water weight but it was weight gone off my body just the same. How can l I keep the weight off?

Now, the true key is to NOT gain the weight back later, Ok? Don't let the fear of gaining your weight back hinder your efforts in staying leaner than you were before the diet. 

I've continued eating more fruits and vegetable with fewer cheat days.  I eat healthier now than I did before.  with will power and a jump start form the cabbage soup diet I'm all good. This will happen for you too.

Statically most people will burn 200 to 600 fewer calories per day than they did before starting their diet. If you return back to eating junk food, you’ll pack those pounds right back on.

If you want to lose weight and keep it off for the long-haul you'll have to practice sustainable eating habits, like only eating only when you’re hungry, choosing balanced meals, and ordering healthier options when you go to restaurants. You'll be singing praises to your own cabbage soup diet results to your family and friends. 

This diet will help your body gain some control of over eating, the food that you'll  eat for the seven to ten days will give you much needed nutrition. Your body will not yearn for empty calories like it did before you started the diet, at least that is what I experienced.  I'm sure you will too. My cabbage soup diet results has shown a favorable difference in my eating habits.
